Sales Executive (SE) will be responsible for revenue growth in a defined territory. SE will be able to identify and qualify sales opportunities, apply knowledge of customers’ business and establish a value proposition that results in new business. Sales professional primary focus is on hunting/prospecting and selling to new customers. The SE will also be responsible for cross selling opportunities with existing customers.

Key Accountabilities

Deliver profitable new business revenue growth in assigned territory.
·
Responsible for hunting/prospecting and closing business at all revenue levels across assigned territory.
·
Focused on developing and implementing plans for capturing new customers and penetrating existing customers for cross-sell business opportunities.
·
Grows and manages a balanced pipeline across assigned territory achieving new business revenue growth.
·
Utilize and follow the timely and proper CRM administration.
·
Overseeing negotiation process and ensuring pricing, profitability, operation, contract, and onboarding requirements are achieved.
·
Selling and managing prospects of senior-level relationships (Director, VP, CIO, CFO)
Qualifications
·


Bachelor’s degree required, Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
·


Minimum 5-7 years experience in sales environment, preferably in services environment
·


Experience in an activity based “hunter” sales environment
·


Consistently meeting or exceeding quota for new business
·
Effectively manage a pipeline at minimum 3 times the quota across a minimum of 25 accounts.
·
Ability to be successful in an environment of continuous improvements and stretch targets
·
Responsible for making complex sales across multiple service lines
·
Ability to sell to and manage to all levels of customer relationships including C-level always maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
·
Responsible for using a consultative selling approach
·
Professional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
·
Must be a team player working closely with operations, representatives from other business units, and external partners
·
Professional and trade organization involvement preferred
