Job Description

The Sales Executive generates maximum timeshare sales while maintainingboth a professional personal image and upholding SVO's standards of integrity and professionalism in servicing our clients.

MAJOR DUTIES:
  • Maximize the "moment of truth", when the Sales Executive interacts with guests and creates opportunities to make a sale.
  • Present product to guests with the utmost integrity, effectiveness, professionalism and consistency of established sales policies and procedure.
  • On-going knowledge of programs, promotions, and product, as well as Westin and Sheraton philosophies.
  • Work owner base to maximize referral lead harvest, reloads, and point of sale referral leads.
  • Present the product to guests so they understand clearly and have realistic expectations of product features and uses including benefits and limitations.
  • Successfully reach and maintain goals as outlines in our sales performance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including, but not limited to, efficiency, net closing, sales volume, net sales balance, owner service, team support and point of sale referral leads.
  • Assure complete and accurate processing of documents pertaining to sales.
  • Work closely with designated management to minimize cancellations, provide comprehensive owner assurance and ensure timeliness of closing.
  • Maintain adherence to SOPs regarding interaction with sales, reception, marketing, and hospitality teams.
  • Provide proactive guest and owner service.
Requirements

  • Previous sales and/or hospitality experience preferred, with proven ability and sales results or functional ability to achieve stated goals.
  • A valid Arizona Real Estate License is required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Stairs are a part of the building structure; therefore, climbing stairs is required.
  • Operation of golf carts requires manual hand and foot coordination, while additional golf cart duties require unplugging electrical charging cords.
  • The processing of all paperwork requires visual observations.
