We’re looking to make our first sales hire to continue to leverage the app’s demonstrated success. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing startup with proven demand, an incredible market opportunity, and existing revenue flows.

You will be responsible for generating new business and opening new markets, as well as playing a key leadership role in the company’s sales strategy.

Position includes generous commission plan and salary. This is an onsite position at
Work4 Labs’ headquarters in San Francisco’s SoMa district (4 blocks from BART).


Create and manage pipeline of opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts Generate interest in “Work for Us” through daily outbound calls Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects both via phone and e-mail Work with monthly, quarterly and yearly quotas and forecast sales activity accurately Create satisfied customers that will become the cornerstones of future business Develop and sustain knowledge of Work4 Labs’ products and features Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts Opportunity for advancement based on performance


2-5 years inside sales experience selling software and/or online products, particularly in the human resources and social media spaces Demonstrated performance in lead generation, cold calling, objection handling and closing Attention to detail in working with internal systems (CRM/Salesforce, etc.) Ability to quickly learn and apply new information in customer-facing scenarios Confidence to overcome objections and convert interest into qualified leads Must be independent and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment


Full-time salaried position with significant incentive performance component — base salary dependent
on prior experience. Total compensation package: $100,000 - $190,000.
