Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management and business analysts to develop and define a functional sales driving initiative (design, workflow, and layout).

Help develop a sales team through lead generation and pipeline reviews which delivers a high level of commitment to success and provides timely and high quality solutions which meet or exceed customer expectations.

Create functional and technical design specifications to push increased pipeline activity.

Identify Win/Loss Metrics and key drivers.

Deliver business intelligence that impacts all Lines of Businesses.

Hold weekly sales pipeline reviews and management reviews

Review and understand business requirements and specifications.

Deliver competency based needs assessment and training

Design and develop programs, Salesforce solutions based on specifications required per business unit. Ensuring efficient, integrated and maintainable programs and reducing back office work.

Test, create controls, design and notate enhancements to existing applications.

Analyze and help resolve Salesforce related issues from customer support team and recommend solutions.

Assist in the development of new resources and provide expertise.

Oversee the delivery and effectiveness of programs with key documentation.

Qualifications

Requirements:
BA/BS in Business Management, Engineering, or Statistics required.

MBA preferred

Sales Pipeline Management Experience

CRM experience required.

At least 3 years of ERP implementation or development experience.

At least 3 years of Project Management experience.

Strong communication and presentation skills via phone, email and in person.

Salesforce.com Certified Developer or Architect preferred.

Experience with sales development preferred.

Experience with the banking industry preferred.
