Perform entry level professional duties of moderate difficulty providing the opportunity for professional training in various offices. Perform assigned duties to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for successful performance.
A teammate in this position must have the ability to:
Apply research techniques and analytical methods to the study of administrative systems, organizational structures, policies and procedures.
Conduct special studies in conjunction with a project, analyzes data and makes recommendations based upon studies.
Be responsible for project assignments, research and analysis.
Prepare project reports, progress summaries, statistical analysis, and related data.
Analyze, generate and maintain records and other reference material necessary for departmental use.
Answer and make phone calls, respond to program related questions and send written material as appropriate.
Compose, type, and print reports, general letters, spreadsheets, e-mail, and memoranda from rough drafts or general instructions, involving the assembly of data from computer and paper file or record sources.
Use the computer network and standard and proprietary software; prepare reports analyzing specific aspects of department structures, functions and/or operational procedures.
Utilizes current or department specific software to complete assignments.
Have obtained at least junior status in a Bachelor degree program with completion of a minimum of 48 semester credit hours; OR be enrolled in Graduate degree program.
Be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university.
Pass the complete examination, including the employment medical, established for this class.
