Outsell is seeking Sales Lead Associates to join our sales force. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with a senior-level executive audience for the purpose of generating new business leads .

Key Responsibilities
  • Generating C-Suite leads through professional networking and cold-call techniques.
  • Research companies and executives to target through prospecting research.
  • Contacting Executives - contact via cold calling, email, make sales opportunity assessments and generate demand for Outsell's services.
  • Schedule Meetings - arrange introductory sales meetings between executive prospect and Outsell sales executives.

Successful candidates will possess
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Solid understanding of business concepts & dynamics
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and persuasion skills
  • Superior time management and organization skills
  • Self-motivated, professional, and disciplined

Successful candidates may possess
  • Strong Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
  • Strong lead generation record
  • Solution based sales experience with an emphasis on service oriented products
