The purpose of the Sales Lead is to oversee and supervise the daily activities of the sales associates as designated at one or more assigned Center. He/she will be responsible for acquiring new memberships, which includes the use of superior customer service and guest relations, innovative ideas, and marketing skills. He/she will work directly with Power Wellness to establish center sales structure and implement and measure the results/ROI of sales plans focused on acquiring new members. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during interactions and work related relationships with all persons at the center including but not limited to members, guests and team members as provided in the Team Member Handbook at the time of hire.

Requirements include but are not limited to:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the sales field required.

1-3 years of management experience required, leading, supervising, coaching, motivating and training a sales team.

Fitness industry sales experience and/or healthcare specific sales experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, hospitality or a related field preferred.

Ability to collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral materials.

Excellent sales, marketing, research and tracking skills required.

Proficient computer skills; including basic knowledge of core business software (Compete) required.

Possess strong interpersonal communication, customer service and presentation skills. Possess excellent writing skills.

CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required
