Job Scope: Generate maximum revenue growth for point of sale in the restaurant hospitality industry using Miller/Heiman Strategic Selling and Conceptual Selling techniques.
Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 5-7 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Three of these years of experience are in a management capacity. Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead salespeople. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation skills. Territory management experience - the skills to assist in development of sales territories, as well as the ability to manage the district territory. Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and have the ability and desire to travel locally 90% of the time, with occasional out of town travel. The ability to aggregate individual sales forecasts, cull those which have opportunity to close and produce a forecast for manufacturing and senior management. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and/or stand and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
