We are looking for an energetic sales manager who would like to branch out into a creative industry (experience in the Arts is a plus) into the world of Latin & Ballroom dancing at one of the largest dance studios in the country. The Sales Manager would work with the company's sales representatives, and clients to define new business opportunities.
Oversee development of all sales/customer relations staff and mentor new salespeople.
Recruit well-qualified sales team members.
Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of key customers and targets.
Work with the full management team to establish a sales budget, strategies and tactical sales plan
Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales programs
Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
Support sales team, understand and define new business opportunities
Solid sales leadership and management experience - recruiting, training, high sales results, retention, strong relationship builder, great rapport and sales leadership ability
5 plus years selling experience
Experience working in high-paced/high volume environment
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.
Excellent organizational skills, communication, & people skills, attention to detail
Excellent Computer and Internet skills
