Manage the sales activities, personnel, and customer satisfaction efforts for of our sales teams in a Texas region. You will be responsible for assisting with proactively selling energy products and services to residential customers. This role requires a person to be highly motivated, enjoy selling and be up for a challenge. You'll have an assigned territory and be given leads. Sales and product training are provided to give you the tools you need to be successful.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
Ensure the execution of company standards as they relate to the sales department.
Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
Advise dealers, distributors, and clients concerning sales and advertising techniques.
Assist sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition.

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training
