In this role, you will work closely with members of the Outbound Sales Division to execute on our existing skill development program as well as make recommendations for continuous improvement of the program. This is not a direct sales role, however, you will be very involved in the team’s day to day activity and be responsible for monitoring quota achievement. In addition to your BDR team, you will work closely with the Director of Outbound Sales, other BDR Managers and Sales Managers.
Be responsible for coaching, motivating, development and productivity of your team.
Conduct effective one-on-one coaching sessions and group coaching sessions within your team.
Manage and execute our world-class sales training, development program, and inbound marketing training to continuously develop the sales skills within your BDR team.
Innovate on our current sales and product training model to drive our team to greater levels of performance
Leverage product-based tests, knowledge-check quizzes, incentive-based learning, e-learning, certification programs to continue to improve upon the teams sales skills.
What you need to have:
2+ years experience in a B2B cold calling environment
Prior training, mentoring, and coaching of entry level sales talent
Team Lead or previous management experience preferred
Energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
Experience with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, and Salesforce.com
BA or BS degree
