The Sales Manager should drive incremental revenue while maintaining margin by improving sales processes and growing the existing team. Job Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 Job Duties: Ensure teamĀ°s daily, weekly, monthly sales objectives are achieved. Manage the entire hiring and sourcing process for new sales team members Develop new sales processes that increase revenue and profitability Implement new features in the Salesforce CRM Coach and train sales representatives Assist in high priority sales opportunities as a selling manager Work closely with executive management Work with other department managers to facilitate smooth training operation. Position Requirements A minimum of 4 years experience in directly managing an inside sales team Experience hiring sales team members Excells in a pay for performance position Ability and experience with training sales people Experience working with Salesforce or a similar modern CRM
