A luxury real estate company that has been in business for 40 years in the San Antonio, TX area is seeking a talented Sales Manager to manage 75 Realtors and grow the assigned offices to include recruit, train, mentor and increase market share through sales and listings. The preferred candidate will have knowledge in both the management field and real estate industry.

The following minimum requirements for this position are as follows:

Texas Real Estate License
Real Estate Sales Experience (5 years minimum)
Sales Management Experience with a proven record

Recruit, Train and Develop Real Estate Agents in assigned office(s)
Focus and deliver on office and market goals
Maintain office morale
Encourage assigned office(s)
Communicate effectively with all departments
Enthusiastically engage and leverage the company goals and systems toward the sales success of assigned office(s)
Constantly strive to achieve and exceed sales and quality expectations
Texas Association of Realtors / Texas Real Estate Commission / San Antonio Board Of Realtors legal compliance of assigned office(s) operations or Agent productivity, i.e., contracts, listings, business development
Encourage Agent Community Involvement
Facilitate assigned office sales meeting with Agents
Company, Client and Customer Service Oriented

This is a full-time position that requires reporting to the office Monday - Friday during business hours of 8:30 - 5:30 PM, and this position is an on call 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. This position will require the preferred candidate to be responsible for the full operations of assigned offices, specific to the Sales Department. This includes managing Agents and assigned employees 7 days a week. The overall success of your assigned office(s) is the responsibility of the Sales Manager. Flexibility in work schedule is a must.
