Maxpro Corporation, the regional leader in the distribution of high capacity torque, tension and bolting equipment is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Direct Sales initiative.
At Maxpro, we provide total bolting equipment solutions to our industrial customers. We sell, rent, repair, and calibrate specialty high capacity torque and tension tools and equipment. Our industrial customers are in the power generation, petro-chemical, gas and oil production, steel, paper, pipeline, and other heavy industries. Our deep inventory, customer service and in depth product and application knowledge make us the “go to company” in our niche market.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for hiring the team and developing and implementing the strategies for the Direct Sales organization. We desire someone with 5+ years of Sales Management experience within an industrial setting and with proven results in the development of the sales team to effectively reach and exceed the company's goals. The Sales Manager will report directly to the owner of this small but rapidly growing company. Duties and Responsibilities:
Hire, Manage and direct a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals
Design and recommend sales programs and set short/ long-term sales strategies
Evaluate and implement sales techniques/processes to increase the department's sales volume
Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential

We offer the qualified candidate:
$60,000 to $80,000 base salary
Auto Reimbursement
Sales bonus based on performance
