Job Summary
                We are seeking a talented, well-organized, results-driven Sales Manager to execute revenue growth of subscription-data products to wireless carriers, device manufacturers and suppliers. This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role reporting to Chief Revenue Officer. A passionate can-do attitude with exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate while acting as a thought leader will serve you well at RootMetrics. Once hired, here’s what we’ll need you to do.

                Key Responsibilities:
                • Grow client revenues from new-sales of subscription-based data products to wireless carriers, suppliers and device OEMs
                • Achieve annual hard-revenue quota from sales of Root products
                • Partner with Root Account Management, Root Sales Engineering & Product teams to achieve success
                • Cross-leverage client contacts for Root success (engineering, product, marketing, executive)
                • Interpret & communicate client’s product experience with internal Root teams
                • 30 – 50% travel required

                Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
                • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or other related field or equivalent experience
                • Minimum of five years major account, enterprise customer sales experience required
                • Experience selling data driven products, diagnostic or market research to wireless/technology clients strongly preferred
                • Understanding of how wireless carrier organizations are structured
                • Exceptional listening, written, presentation and oral-communication skills
                • Demonstrated track record of achieving annual sales quota (experience achieving seven figures preferred)
                • Demonstrated ability to identify and develop key-client relationships from department manager through executive levels
                • Ethical, tenacious, well organized and accountable
                • Able to work both independently and collaboratively with Root internal teams
                • Ability to concurrently drive multiple sales initiatives and track to multiple client deadlines
                • Comfortable with responsibility for quarterly & annual hard-revenue sales commitments
                • Interpersonal skills consistent with an entrepreneurial, small-company environment where teamwork is of the utmost importance
                • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
