We are a janitorial company based out of Bellevue working in the Puget Sound Area. We are seeking a qualified Sales Manager with the ability to sell new janitorial contracts. Successful candidates will possess the ability to sell new accounts; sell additional services; be proactive and assess where additional detail is needed in order to maintain client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will already have contacts in the property management industry.
Tasks (including but not limited):
Cold calling. Networkto create new contract sales. Confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints. Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated operations department for further investigation.
Sales Style (including but not limited):
Authoritative in guiding the process towards Sales Goals. Driven to keep the process movingalong as quickly as possible. Willing to take risks such ascold-calling or experimenting with a new product idea. Flexible in working with thecustomer to close the deal in different and possibly unique ways. Outwardly focused on his audience, intuitively reading them and adjusting his style to meet their needs if he feels it will help advance the process Comfortable and adept at selling intangibles such as ideas or concepts.
