Job Description Sales Management
  • Coach, counsel and develop team members to ensure they reach their revenue targets, meet specific budgets and achieve their assigned goals
  • Capable of growing our client base, securing leads, and working with existing leads
  • Manage and support new and existing accounts; Review our current customer storefronts, profiles, and relationships
  • Develop and implement programs to achieve desired monthly and quarterly sales results
  • Develop and prepare proposals for accounts
  • Participate in sales efforts for specific accounts as needed. This includes involvement in pre-call strategy, creation of sales presentations and participation in delivery of sales presentations
  • Work closely with Marketing team to develop strategy for each account
  • Handle internal disputes among Sales in relation to business efforts
  • Maintain paperwork on all accounts in addition to digital data
  • Prepare weekly updates on sales & performance; Review with Management
  • Assist in resolving credit disputes and issues
  • Plan and run sales meetings as needed
  • Explore trends in marketplace

Online Ad Sales (Banners & Advertorials)
  • Set quarterly sales quotas
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
  • Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries
  • Continually pitch advertising agencies, vendors, and leads on new campaigns
  • Work with cross-functional teams internally to ensure campaign success and growth of partnerships
  • Represent the company with the highest level of integrity

  • Bachelors degree in business management, marketing or sales required
  • 4+ years sales experience; 4+ years in management role
  • Proven sucesss record
  • Interest in interior design industry
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and detail oriented
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Filemaker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to work in the Vedere office

Additional Information Compensation based on experience. Full time, Permanent, Freelance position.
