Sales Operation Consultant (205)
As a part of Lenati’s core marketing and sales consulting staff, your deep interest and aptitude in the design and implementation of operational infrastructure will naturally translate into creating sustaining and accelerating sales opportunities for our clients. You need to be effective with cross discipline collaboration (technology, marketing, finance) in articulating business requirements to both technical and non-technical partners. Sales tools and infrastructure evaluations and recommendations will also be critical in helping to create “outrageous” end-to-end customer experiences while also taking a role to vigilantly advocate on behalf of those customers.
This is a hands-on role that reflects Lenati’s spirit of high-touch service which means you will be working onsite in the local Seattle region with our clients and their teams. You’ll also work collaboratively with a team of Lenati experts to deliver your clearly communicated observations and carefully but easily understood solutions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Participate in strategic assessments for clients identifying current business issues and contributing to defining high impact business operations solutions.
Research through stakeholder interviews to gather data in determining business requirements and solutions.
Analyze data sets to identify patterns and insights that can be turned into actionable business plans to impact measure performance.
Demonstrated experience in Sales Operations, Sales Process Design and Implementation, Systems Design and Integration, Business Analytics and Reporting, Program Management, Financial Reporting and Analysis.
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university required, MBA preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years related experience and/or training in sales operations and process improvement.
Working knowledge of CRM/SFA Systems including: Siebel, Salesforce.com, Dynamics
Proficiency with spreadsheets, process workflows, database tools and data analysis
Equipped with Project Management disciplines

Good organizational, multi-tasking, interpersonal, and planning skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including: presentation, meeting facilitation, and documentation skills.
Project management: work plan definition and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook,
