The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the analytical needs of Exeters sales organization, including designing and testing sales incentive plans, territory management, tracking sales metrics and creating dashboards. Employee will need to understand sales process and be able to design and maintain tools that measure sales performance and assist the sales team optimize performance.
Design and test sales incentive strategies that optimze sales and incent peak performance Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase sales productivity Optimize sales deployment of sales personnel through territory mapping Provide tools to measure sales performance, including dashboards and metrics Develop models evaluating gap to plan and progress through sales stages Provide customized reporting to be used to drive operational decision making Manage process of setting and measuring volume and pricing targets for branch bonus calculations Requirements Thorough understanding of sales incentive design strategies and best practices Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and/or market analysis or similar discipline Auto finance industry experience preferred Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Math/Stat, or similar discipline Proficient in SQL Server and MS Office Products Excel, Word, PowerPoint Clear oral and written communication skills Ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate complex data trends Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to rapid change
