Serve as liaison between the Sales Operations team and the centralized teams of Accounting and Legal to ensure proper contract and accounting flow
Provide weekly and monthly revenue reporting, collaborating with the Sales Management Analyst for data validation
Responsible for providing monthly accrual and revenue for B2B Tech vertical to Accounting and ensuring all billing instructions are in order
Manage monthly commission data provided to issue payments and distribute commission statements accordingly
Provide general support for the sales support teams with Accounting, Legal and other operational inquiries.
A solid background in Sales Operations, finance and/or Business Planning (Operations) is required together with the ability and personality to articulate this background in a meaningful way for our field and management organization
Positive attitude, team player, ability to communicate cross functionally
Excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills, strong analytical skills and working knowledge of database required
Must be self-motivated
Must have excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and able to perform repetitive tasks with extremely high accuracy
Effective presentation, organizational, planning skills, and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups, executives, sales managers, and Engineering team
2+ years direct experience in Sales Operations, finance or Business Operations, preferred
B.S. or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related discipline
