Produce detailed monthly reports to track key sales metrics including pipeline, sales-to-date, won - loss reports, quota attainment, etc.
Work with the Finance team to generate revenue reports such as forecasts and quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year growth.
Assist Sales team with monthly commission reporting.
Provide critical analysis of monthly sales performance to Sales managers.
Manage all sales tasks in SFDC, including but not limited to, territory changes and lead tracking.
Assist in creating and managing comp plans, document territory and quote changes as needed, and ensure all new and updated plans are submitted to the HR and Finance departments.
Work closely with Sales, on calendaring and travel; including, but not limited to, sales meetings — daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Sales or Marketing in a reporting and analysis capacity.
- Mastery of Salesforce and Marketo
- Expert command of Microsoft Excel including understanding of pivot tables.
