listen … and live! We are currently seeking Senior Sales Operations Analyst
who will report to Sales Operations Manager. The Sales Operations Analyst
plays an integral role in the VIZIO Sales team. They will create tools and
resources to manage the day-to-day operations of the department.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison for the sales force to all cross-functional teams
Provide interface between the sales organization and the internal support teams
(i.e. Finance, IT, Sales Reporting, Customer Service).
Publish weekly reports (i.e. Sell Thru, execution metrics, etc.)
Own and coordinate sales meetings
Work closely with management on quotas, reconciling commissions
Assist in tracking and maintaining pricing to avoid channel conflicts
Participate in weekly meetings and calls as needed
Assist in the tracking/maintaining customer orders and identify possible process
Assist in any Retail Accounts reconciliation by partnering with Channel Managers
Assist with monitoring forecast accuracy and fulfillment tracking
Demonstrates and executes knowledge and understanding of relevant business
processes to ensure successful completion of project, process, etc.
Build & maintain dashboards
Assist Sales Team in all facets of VIZIO business as needed
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in MS Office with emphasis on strength in Excel and Power point
Detail-oriented, possessing analytical skills and ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with flexibility to meet challenging priorities while adhering to
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects
