As the Sales Ops Analyst you will have a unique opportunity to be the primary interface between Sales and all departments within Zendesk. Reporting to the Director of Global Sales Operations, your primary responsibilities will include: ownership of the pipeline management process, administrating salesforce.com, quota management, bookings and revenue forecasting and management reporting.

The Role:
Pipeline Management:
Understand & evaluate current process and pipeline metrics and recommend improvements

Maintain ownership of Salesforce.com and align the tool to meet business needs

Ensure accuracy and usefulness of information going forward

Develop meaningful dashboards and reports on Salesforce.com

Prepare regular pipeline reporting for key stakeholders

Quota Setting & Commission Calculations:
Be involved in the development and execution of the sales compensation plans focused on creating consistent incentives

Manage working relationship with finance team to obtain information necessary to ensure commission calculations are transparent and accurate

Bookings and Revenue Forecasting:
Manage the bookings process and send out weekly communication to Senior Management

Roll-up bookings and revenue forecasts on a monthly basis

Provide guidance and insight on bookings and revenue trends; perform analysis on each accordingly

Create board level sales presentations

Training and On-Boarding:
Train sales reps on sales methodology

Implement, configure and manage sales demo sites

Create and manage New Hire Boot Camps to quickly ramp up sales reps

Conduct ongoing communication and training sessions for the field

Create and manage the sales certification program

Maintain the team's intranet portal

Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of Sales Operations experience, within the Saas Industry

Consulting background preferred

Must be an effective communicator who also has the ability to analyze, define and propose solutions to complex operational sales issues

Demonstrated expertise using Salesforce.com is required

Must be advanced in Excel

Experience with contracts administration

Knowledge of Marketo would be an advantage

Strong reporting and system skills

Bachelor’s degree in an analytical discipline such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration
