We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join the FuzeBox Sales Team! The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and ready to take on a new challenge in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Provide specialized assistance to internal sales personnel and our customers by acting on a variety of requests including, but not limited to quotes, sample requests, pricing related projects, vendor contact and other sales related activities that will support sales associates in achieving their targets
Create and generate reports and develops presentations to be used in sales meetings
Work closely with internal cross-functional partners (marketing, customer success, finance) to ensure responsiveness to customer requests
Prepare statements and special billing to fulfill customer requests
Coordinate with internal and customer contacts to resolve issues relating to customer pricing, terms, deductions, product cuts, late shipments and other issues
Drive adoption of FuzeBox forecasting tools and dashboards within the sales team
Proactively diagnose the analytics requirements of the sales organization; design and deliver reporting to meet these requirements

Ideally 1+ years experience at high growth SaaS company preferred and expertise in either CRM or Billing applications is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four year University
Must be able to manage up, down, and sideways within the organization and be recognized as a strong collaborator
Strategic thinker and analytical skills
High energy and comfort working in a fast-paced, start-up type environment
