Create and review sales compensation contracts
Review Customer contracts
Monitor CRM to ensure efficient flow of opportunity approvals and contract approvals
Assist with reporting needs on various departmental goals
Maintain data integrity in the CRM of record
Assist the Sales Operations Manager in reviewing and calculating commission plans
Additional Support as follows:
Document, track and communicate sales processes and systems
Reconcile monthly billing sheet with sales data in CRM system
Coordinate with Finance, Operations and Sales Leadership to reconcile sales reports
Communicate with sales team members regarding sales processes for territory management, account planning, sales engagement, deal structure and deal closure
Coordinate with sales, support, and services to ensure accurate sales tracking and commissions
Update and maintain sales reports, collateral, training materials, etc.
Work Cross departmentally with Operations, Marketing, IT, HR & Finance on sales needs
Maintain accurate account and contact data in CRM system
Create and run sales reports in CRM system
Direct sales inquiries to appropriate territory managers
Miscellaneous projects/tasks assigned by sales management
Track, communicate and organize sales new hire onboarding program and sales related materials
Desired Skills & Experience:
Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational and analytical skills
Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with proven strong Excel and Power Point skills
Experience with CRM tools preferred
