We are hiring a Sales Operations Analyst in the Business Operations group to manage the sales compensation process, conduct deal profitability analysis, support pricing operations, and conduct other sales analyses to provide strategic insights for our front-office. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Manage the monthly sales compensation process, including the administration of the Xactly sales compensation application. Support effective deal structuring by conducting profitability analysis on large, complex incoming deals. Support compensation planning in partnership with Sales Leadership, Finance and Human Resources.

Assist with pricing operations, including maintenance, communication and training on the global rate card. Obtain periodic feedback from the global sales team on pricing structures, and conduct pricing analysis as required. As time allows, support sales analysis efforts to provide key metrics to the leadership team. Skills & Attributes: Power Excel user, familiar with pivot tables, vLookups, and arrays.

Analytical thinker; able to analyze data while keeping in mind business implications. Ability to work cross functionally and seek alignment from various departments, including Finance, Human Resources and Operations. Experience Requirements: 3 to 5 years in financial analysis, consulting or related role. Familiarity with sales compensation systems such as Xactly is desirable, but not required.

Experience with CRM systems such as desirable, but not required. BS or BA required; degree in economics, finance, accounting, applied mathematics, or similar field.
