We are looking for an upbeat, focused, analytical individual to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales leadership team to design and execute the essential operations that drive sales force productivity. This position is for a full-time (40+ hours per week) Sales Operations Manager role.
Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy creating and maintaining processes. An understanding of sales or prior experience in sales is a plus.
Evaluate, optimize and document the sales process, ensuring consistency across the organization
Provide guidance and recommendations for improvements to the battery of tools used by the sales team
Provide reporting and analytics on all metrics related to the sales process and operations, including forecasting, pipelining, and productivity
Oversee the administration of Salesforce.com, including maintaining data integrity
Utilize Salesforce tools to track sales activity; design and maintain meaningful dashboards and reports
Manage a team of membership specialists
Help ensure top quality customer service to IXL classroom customers
Develop and manage a streamlined process for expediting license renewals
Create and execute process for seeking out and responding to relevant RFPs
5-10 years experience in sales or supporting sales operations
Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com
Prior experience in customer service role
Prior experience supervising others a plus
Ability to multitask, prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
Quick learner who demonstrates initiative
Strong knowledge of Web technologies
