Job Summary :

The Sales Operations team is seeking a motivated Sales Operations Manager to
assist in the management of operational efficiencies within the sales
organization. The ideal candidate will maximize volume, profit, people performance,
and productivity. The Sales Operations
Manager must be highly collaborative, as partnerships must be formed with
cross-functional leaders and departments to drive business objectives across
the company. This position will report directly to the Director of Financial
Planning & Analysis/Sales Operations.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with brand leaders and cross functional personnel to develop and implement strategies
to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals

Analyze, interpret, and apply data for business planning, decision making, and recommendations
to management

Partner with IT to drive the development of sales dashboards and a CRM tool

Work on projects to improve the overall financial performance of our brands

Provide recommendations for effective cost containment and reduction strategies

Partner in driving talent management initiatives

Develop testing and evaluation procedures

Lead, influence, and motivate teams to drive behavioral change

Assist in planning annual or project-specific budgets

Address,coordinate, and optimize sales reporting needs

Optimize and coordinate processes between sales and cross functional partners

Advise upper management through analysis, updates, and recommendations


5to 7 years of experience in sales operations, process, and design or similar

Strong core skills including strategic thinking, problem solving, and analytical

Detailed understanding of sales processes, sales data tracking systems, and incentive
compensation operations

Ability to quickly assimilate and digest information while making complex issues easy
for others to understand

Strong people orientation with great interpersonal skills needed to support dynamic
sales teams

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Ability to interact with various levels of management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized and detail oriented

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines

Self-starter and ability to work independently

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related area;MBA preferred
