Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP WW Sales, the role of the Sales Operations Representative is to maintain all sales operations functions such as develop and maintain all operational aspects of a global sales organization including annual/quarterly bookings, opportunity/pipeline, tracking and reporting, expense management, and tracking KPM, annual operating plans and supporting metric and scorecards

Support the selling process worldwide

Maintain the bookings/opportunity information by Sales Director, Region, product solutions, etc.

Ownership of complex non-standard deal proposals, RFI/RFP support

Represent the sales and service organization in support of company initiatives including ISO9000, Sarbanes-Oxley, TL9000, and the development of a formal Product Life Cycle

Administers all customer and sales meeting events including annual sales kickoffs, targeted training events, Customer Briefing Center, quarterly customer and sales business reviews

Administration of the global sales compensation plans and quotas

Contributes towards the process and systems automation of worldwide order fulfillment processing

Any other required sales operations support given by the VP WW Sales

Responsible for tracking all Support renewals, creating reports via SalesForce Asset DB, and generating Quotations.

Experience Requirements

Results oriented with experience in Sales Operations, Finance and Services.

Strategic thinker with a balanced perspective of technology, business operations and business acumen helping organizations achieve bottom line results in a Pre-IPO start-up business environment.

Demonstrate competencies with the design and implementation of innovative initiatives in business process, change management and automation, with a track record of successful execution

Broad functional and geographic experience including international business requirements, trade compliance, compensation, contract negotiations and partnerships.

Demonstrated contributions to the sales process.

Experience in implementing and maintaining sales automation tools such as Oracle 11i, Salesforce.com, NetSuite for rules based quoting tools, commissions, sales dashboards, RFP database, and sales and channel web sites

Educaton & Skills

BS Degree in EE or CS or Business Marketing, Finance

3-5 years of similar experience with a start-up company makeithappen@stoke.com
