As the Sales Operations Specialist you will work closely with the sales team supporting efforts to profitably promote, sell, position and manage Imation’s consumer media, storage, consumer electronics and accessory products into retailer accounts. Additionally, you will have responsibility assisting with the daily operations of the Sales and Marketing functions. Including Point-of-Sale data management, analyzing data, driving action & root cause solutions to operational issues within the team.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong analytical skills, strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally with limited oversight.


Support of Sales Operations
  • Review and analyze weekly Compliance Detail (Fines), identify actions & drive root cause solution
  • Review and analyze On Time Delivery Service detail, identify actions & drive root cause solution
  • Maintain Point-of-Sale data and Cross Reference detail
  • Update core operational weekly metrics for Cross Function teams
  • Assist with monthly Forecast Accuracy Review
  • Assist with analysis and cleanup of Consignment Inventory at Retail Customers

Support of Sales Marketing :
  • Drive and assist with Plan-O-Gram analysis & recommendations
  • Periodically perform Comp shops & store audits, compiling data and making recommendations
  • Drive POS analysis (particularly Promo) by account & across channel
  • Channel lead for Display creation coordination
  • Drive Customer Web Site Maintenance Internally - reviewing detail and identifying changes needed
  • Assist with details needed for Customer Presentation
  • Act as channel liaison for NPD & market data
  • Assist with product set-up information & images for customers
  • Coordinate product requests for Customers

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Operations or similar
  • Strong business and financial acumen
