DESCRIPTION

Access Media 3 (AM3) is looking for a Sales Order Entry Clerk who will be responsible for assisting the Property Relationship Coordinators with sales orders, data entry and coordinating new account activities with customer support, dispatch and other departments as needed. AM3 is a premier provider of "bulk" TV, internet and phone services to the Owners and Managers of multi-tenant residential properties including condos, apartments, retirement communities and college housing.

Position Summary/Key Objectives:
This position is primarily responsible for data input; entering pertinent data from source documents and performing detailed edit checks.

  • Primarily support the AM3 Property Relationship Coordinators (PRC) and the Director of Consumer Sales with customer assistance, data entry and various office tasks.
  • Assist and support in the efforts to increase our retail property penetrations and meet our DirecTV obligations
  • Contribute to increasing our monthly DirecTV sub count & RGU penetration goals
DUTIES

  • Maintaining appropriate and accurate records, files and documentation
  • Performing high volume data entry of customer orders and notes
  • Handling multiple tasks, prioritizing workload, planning, and organizing
  • Representing Access Media 3 in a professional & respectful manner
  • Answering customer questions and scheduling technician calls/visits as needed
  • Preparing and generating reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the call center, PRC's and/or management
  • Light filing and other support duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced Excel skills and basic MS Word and PowerPoint abilities
  • Advanced data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to type 40-45 WPM; preferably a data entry speed of 4,000-8,000 ksph, both alpha and numeric
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task as day to day activity varies
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment
This position pays $10/hour, is part-time, working either 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. The Sales Order Entry Clerk is an integral part of our Property Relationship Coordinators Team.
