We have an immediate opportunity for a Sales Order Entry Specialist in the Sunnyvale, CA area. This position will work with our client's Sales and Engineering teams ensuring accurate editing of sales orders in the order system.

Required Skills and Experience:
: Knowledge of business rules

: Basic Internet knowledge

: Superior organizational and time management skills

: Excellent communications skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles

: Ability to be flexible in a team environment

Responsibilities:
: Enforcement of Business Rules

: Follow standard procedures to correctly enter verified sales into the CRM system

: Research sale information

: Respond to internal and external questions via email and phone related to business rules, products, sales order entry and order fulfillment and escalate problems as necessary

: Ensure accuracy of the sales contract

: Assist in data integrity projects
