The Sales Order Processor is responsible for entering and expediting all customer orders originating from Business Operations. This includes entering of sales order and configuration of EGMs into the Manage 2000 system as well as the performance of all associated quality and compliance checks. They are also responsible for managing their work queue to team metrics, quality standards and compliance requirements.

•Configures new and used EGM’s for all product lines using Sales Order Checklists from Remedy submitted by Business Operations using the configuration tool and Manage 2000
•Generates RMAs from GDR requests in Manage 2000
•Performs pre-shipment sales order pricing and compliance reconciliation and prints shipping documents from Manage 2000 to the warehouse floor
•Monitor group mailboxes and create appropriate cases in Remedy
•Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :
Education: Position require a high school diploma or equivalent


Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years in sales order processing preferably in gaming or another highly regulated industry
Experience with Remedy or other similar issue tracking system
Beginner Level skills in all Microsoft Office products

Skills, knowledge, and qualifications:

•Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
•Must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and be team oriented.

This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.

Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands:

•Assigned duties are accomplished primarily in an office/production setting. Must be able to maneuver around an office/production setting, work at a desk/work station and respond to written and oral cues.
•Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office/production equipment.
•May be required to bend, reach and lift up to 25 lbs.
