Quantcast is seeking a proactive Sales Planner to work closely with our Sales teams. This is an important role within our US Finance department that will interface with the Quantcast Sales, Campaign Management and Client Services teams to think strategically about top focus accounts based on Quantcast’s core competitive advantages. The Sales Planner will generate proposals and Insertion Orders in response to RFPs from direct advertisers and agencies.

The Sales Planner will be familiar with online media, specifically the display advertising sales and delivery life cycle. Candidates need to demonstrate direct experience responding to RFPs and creating custom proposals for sensitive key accounts. They will also be highly proficient with key tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, 3rd party ad serving platforms and sales management tools.

Responsibilities

Generate proposals in response to RFPs from advertisers and agencies

Review and price campaigns

Create, issue and vet internal and external Insertion Orders

Understand the fundamentals of pricing and ensure consistency across all channels

Build documentation to ensure that internal processes are properly classified and communicated to stakeholders

Requirements

1 to 4 year(s) experience in media planning, ad operations or ad sales support in an agency, ad network, publisher or related environment

Strong working knowledge of how publishers and agencies conduct business within the digital advertising space

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Must be proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Salesforce

Experience working with Atlas, DoubleClick or other third party platforms

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, advertising, communication or related field
