42Floors is revolutionizing the way people find office space. We get office space listings from landlords and brokerages and, with their permission, post them on our tenant-facing search site. We°ve so far done a top down business development process. We°ve gotten the heads of the top landlords and brokerages in the country to sign on with us. It°s not a sales process actually, because it doesn°t cost them to list with us, instead they give us listings and we send them traffic.

We°ve got an outstanding Business Development person in place who is closing every big deal we give him. He°s comes from the commercial real estate industry and will be your partner in all of this. Here°s where you come in. We°ve got 1000s more landlords and brokerages across the country to reach. We°re seeking a sales process director who can implement a process and help us scale. We don°t have a process in place at all right now--you°ll help us set it up from scratch and scale it to a sizable team that is helping us acquire listings in every major market.

It°s okay if you don°t know commercial real estate--we can teach you that part. You should be very comfortable leading us with:
  • Setting up a CRM system
  • Establishing Metrics
  • Hiring/Managing sales reps
  • Writing Copy/Transcript
  • Creating a call center or outsourcing one

Skills / Experience:
  • You°ve worked inside of an outstanding sales organization
  • You°ve had some experience managing people
  • You°ve worked in a startup environment
  • You are uber-metrics focused
