SALES QUALITY SUPERVISOR
By improving the quality of our sales team you can make a difference FrontPoint's first impression with the customer. As Quality Supervisor you will work with Sales Managers to drive outstanding sales performance. You will evaluate and score sales calls each month, documenting feedback and supporting Manager of Sales Quality in all aspects of quality.

Monitor and score sales calls for Security Consultants as well as partner call center personnel
Review, calibrate and adjust scoring guidelines and scoring model as-needed
Lead weekly calibration calls with QA staff and partner trainers to ensure consistent call scoring
Support the Quality Manager with all QA duties
1-2 years prior sales and/or quality experience required, preferably in a high-volume, inside sales environment
Experience with training, coaching or quality management highly preferred
Experience developing and implementing call flow guides/scripts highly preferred
Energy and passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
Superior communication skills
College coursework and degree preferred
