ThyssenKrupp Elevator has an exciting employment opportunity for a Sales Representative Trainees in multiple branch office locations (Minneapolis, MN, St Louis, MO, Columbus, OH, Kansas City, KS, Livonia, MI, and Lombard, IL). This position would be responsible for securing elevator service and repair contracts or construction and modernization contracts. Using your sales skills you would make first contact with the current customers, cold call new customers to upgrade current elevators and negotiate new proposals.
In addition, this position will also entail developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and new customers, meet or exceed monthly sales quotas, negotiate process and other job proposal terms and complete paperwork and reports.
Job Requirements :
6 months training process includes, but not limited to contract negotiations, presentations, field work with mechanic, and an understanding of all vertical transportation. Solid coordination, negotiation, communication and time management skills are a must. Knowledge of Microsoft products, solid math and analytical skills, and a strong attention to details are required.
