Articulate a vision that resonates with the customer and demonstrates a thorough understanding of business practices, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to carry out a repeatable sales process
Incorporate knowledge of Evolven's products and key competitors into the sales process and uses that knowledge to uncover customer needs and create value based solutions
Are intellectually curious and able to bring an energy and spirit of innovation to the role
Build trust with others by acting authentically and with integrity
Work effectively as a team member but are also able to manage themselves independently
Qualifications:
10+ years of territory sales experience
Proven track record of exceeding quotas
Understanding of IT Operations space
Strong technical aptitude
Rounded understanding of competitor's tools in the market place
Familiarity of customers within their respective territory
Experience with multiple resellers and ability to manage resellers as a sales tool
Effectively able to communicate and track sales plans and ongoing progress
