The Sales Rep is a self directed associate responsible for managing inside sales activities throughout his/her team?s account base in an effort to grow revenue build solid customer relationships expand market share and meet/exceed growth objectives.
Education: High School degree or equivalent; Bachelors degree desirable.
Experience: Minimum of two years previous sales/customer service experience in related industry or a minimum of one year experience within DBL/Ingram Micro in a sales related capacity Knowledge of: Solid understanding of DBL/Ingram Micro program offerings and services Professional effective telephone techniques and customer care Skill in: Skilled in building outstanding customer/business relationship and understanding how to effectively sell into their appropriate business model Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Proven ability to stay professional and focused throughout conflict resolution Possesses a high degree of confidence and positive attitude Strong organizational skills Strong computing or keyboarding skills and moderate knowledge of Excel required Moderate level of sales and negotiation skills required Ability to: Multi-task and respond to rapid change Perform duties with accuracy and with a strong degree of urgency Prioritize and perform work with detailed supervision
