SKILL:

Utilizing sales and service experience, solving customer problems of product application, use and efficiency. Developing innovative applications of Crane products by interpreting customer needs and working with Crane resources to fulfill them.

Requires knowledge of engineered seals, pumps and equipment specifications and plant operations acquired through job experience. General academic education and sales/service background required.

EXPERIENCE:

Sales and/or service of engineered sealing products, including maintenance and expansion of large customer accounts.

RESPONSIBILITY:

With direct supervision of Manager, plan and carry out sales and service responsibilities in the field. Sells and services engineered seals, packing, and TFE. Evaluates customer and prospective customer needs for products and services and sells the superiority of Crane products to fulfill customer/prospect needs. Develop innovative ways to increase sales by coordinating field product applications with manufacturing and engineering design capabilities. Must have a valid driver's license in good standing and move, raise and lower parts weighing up to 25 lbs. Additional duties and responsibilities may vary upon individual branch requirements.
