Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Maintains and builds relationships and client portfolios with current and potential customers
  • Develops strong rapport with key customer representatives by providing excellent customer service, pro-actively resolving customer issues, and anticipating service needs
  • Pursues communication with key customer contacts and present service solutions as needed
  • Provides input and support on pricing strategies and service models/packages
  • Continually maintains strong cognizance of industry trends, competitive environment, and opportunities for growth and communicate to leadership and operations
  • Develops and prepares sales proposals and materials regarding all services and products and presents with operations to customer
  • Communicates with leadership, operations, sales, and support departments to ensure customer’s needs are achieved effectively and timely
  • Works with operations and customers to identify and resolve customer service problems, as well as provide solutions
  • Documents customer touches/visits and schedule and report out during weekly sales meeting

Qualified candidates will possess:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience
  • Proven record of sales success in the oil and gas industry preferred
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive management, teams and individuals across multiple cultures, disciplines and geographies
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, as well as excellent organizational and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong work ethic and effective negotiating skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel required
