The primary function of this role is to
manage the set-up and preparation of electricity bids and tenders
through a set of internal sales management tools.
The individual will
collaborate with GSERNA Sales personnel, and at times, with external parties, to obtain customer pricing and contract execution requirements.
Manage & execute the Opportunity set-up and sales person assignment process
Monitor and manage pricing request email inboxes for all sales regions
Execute channel conflict checks and lead allocation and account assignment protocols for
all pricing opportunities
Research and assist in the resolution of
channel conflicts between affected parties
Complete Opportunity set-up process for each pricing request using internal CRM systems and applicable databases and tools to enable the Sales Team to generate timely bid responses.
Assist GSERNA Sales team in maintaining the accuracy and data quality in the internal CRM system.
Manage and operate Channel Partner Application Process
Pre-screen potential channel partners using a series of questionnaires with predefined sets of criteria.
Manage the generation, distribution and submission of Third Party Intermediary application materials.
Manage the application approval, confirmation and on-boarding process with Third Party Intermediaries.
Manage the internal distribution of new Third Party Intermediary information to set up channel partner profiles
in the CRM system.
Provide Service to Non-Key Third Party Intermediaries
Serve as central point of contact for Non-Key Third Party Intermediaries in relation to general information and services requests
Create channel partner record and profile creations in our internal CRM system.

Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
Ability to meet highest attendance requirements.
Strong quantitative and administrative skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.
Could involve some lifting up to 20 pounds.
Ability to travel domestically.
Must be self directed and able to learn the business and its processes, and new products quickly.
Ability to work and contribute as an effective team player in a fast paced sales environment.
Excellent organizational skills
No Industry experience required, but preferred
