Job Description: Using email and the telephone, the Internet Sales Specialist responds to prospective customer inquiries about vehicle features, availability, and price. The specialist then schedules an appointment for the customer to visit the dealership and complete the sale. No cold calling is involved.
Requirements: We would like to speak to you if you are articulate, are equally comfortable relating to customers on the telephone and via email, have the ability to accurately handle detailed information, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Nice to have but optional: prior sales experience and a natural interest in cars. Training will be provided on the product line, proven WEB sales techniques, and on the state of the art CRM tool used by our dealership. This is a sales and not a technical position – basic computer literacy is quite adequate.
Compensation: The Internet Sales Specialist’s compensation includes a base salary and a unique commission structure. Total earnings are limited only by the sales person’s energy and creativity.
