Friendly, punctual, dependable, customer service driven people are eligible to apply for this Sales Specialist position. Primary duties comprise of assisting in the daily operations of the front desk. This includes, but is not limited to, checking member’s equipment in/out the facility, handling VIP member transactions, opening and closing the front desk and ensuring a clean and safe environment.


Oversee and carry out the day-to-day report.

Acquire working knowledge of policies and procedures. Provide and interpret detailed information to all inquiries regarding fees, promos, policies and procedures.

Provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our customers.

Perform regular front desk duties for the department: answer phones, check photo/video equipment and appropriate paperwork for check in and out.

Assist with other departments when needed.

Recommend equipment to customers based on their shooting needs


A combination of education and experience (1-2 years preferred) that provides the ability to perform the responsibilities of the job. Knowledge of Photography/Videography terminology is very important.

1+ years of relevant sales experience.

Broad base of general clerical/secretarial skills, including filing, phone/front desk reception, and so forth.

Outstanding customer service skills, including professionalism, ‘people’ skills, and the maintenance of confidentiality.

Good basic administrative and organizational skills. Experience in organizing and maintaining filing.

Previous experience at related photography/videography field.
