We are rapidly expanding our breadth of products & services to include not only point-of-sale terminals and supplies, but mobile devices as well! Client Relationship Team Members spend their time connecting with customers and actively helping them with their concerns. We connect with clients via Live Chat, Email and phone! As a member of the POS Portal team, you need to be technically adept and able to navigate multiple systems and/or internal personnel to quickly find answers for our clients. You take ownership of support cases and make sure clients receive timely, accurate updates.
For a job as a Client Relationship Team Member here at POSP, you must be great on the phone – that’s where you’ll do most of your work – and you must be a serious multi-tasker. If you’re adept at working between multiple computer screens and have good technical skills, then you’ll thrive in this environment.
Desired Skills & Experience
MUST LIVE LOCALLY
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT
2+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of experience providing technical support via phone, live chat, and/or email
Serious attention to detail and ability to thoroughly document client inquiries
Experience with a case ticketing system
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Extraordinary follow-up skills
Nice to Haves……..
Experience working with Salesforce.com a plus
Experience in the Payments Industry a MAJOR plus
