Client Relationship Team Members spend their time connecting with customers and actively helping them with their concerns. We connect with clients via Live Chat, Email and phone! As a member of the POS Portal team, you need to be technically adept and able to navigate multiple systems and/or internal personnel to quickly find answers for our clients. You take ownership of support cases and make sure clients receive timely, accurate updates.
For a job as a Client Relationship Team Member here at POSP, you must be great on the phone – that’s where you’ll do most of your work – and you must be a serious multi-tasker. If you’re adept at working between multiple computer screens and have good technical skills, then you’ll thrive in this environment.
Desired Skills & Experience
MUST LIVE LOCALLY
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT
2+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of experience providing technical support via phone, live chat, and/or email
Serious attention to detail and ability to thoroughly document client inquiries
Experience with a case ticketing system
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Extraordinary follow-up skills
Nice to Haves……..
Experience working with Salesforce.com a plus
Experience in the Payments Industry a MAJOR plus
