REPORTS TO: Senior Marketing Manager
To drive sales activity by way of managing leads provided by sales and marketing lead generation programs. Coordinate projects to accelerate sales and meet customer needs. Provide sales service support to both sales organization and internal departments and customers. Communicate with sales staff, internal staff and customers to insure efficient flow and expedite sales and order process.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Update established sales Price Book as needed
Maintain content and contacts for 3eTI Basecamp (3eTI’s Extranet)
Maintain content, messaging for Intranet Sales tab
Coordinate and lead weekly sales meeting
Fulfill open consignment request
Qualifying and converting assigned leads
Assemble dealer enrollment packet and facilitate the authorization process
Issue ad hoc ROM’s/ customer quotes
Provide support to the sales team and customer as needed
Sales Tools – Responsible for maintaining and supporting
Sales Quote Configurator
Sales Intranet Tab
Process Owner – Responsible for creating, updating, and distributing
Sales Consignment Fulfillment
Lead Qualification Process Presentation/Diagram
Opportunity Qualification Process Presentation
Reports – Responsible for creating, updating, and distributing to owner
Sales Scorecard - Monthly
Materials Forecast - Monthly
CRM Database Funnel and Contact Scalability - Monthly
Marketing Sales Campaign (ROI) – Monthly
Basecamp Database Growth and Usage - Monthly
CRM Sales Lead Activity – Weekly
Weekly Task Updates - Weekly
Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Responsible for learning, supporting and continuing education

KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION:
Effectively coordinate information, processes and problem resolution with internal departments, dealers and customers.
Proficient in software packages such as: word processing, spreadsheet and presentation packages, sales entry data base such as Microsoft CRM, market intelligence data base such as INPUT, and government procurement websites such as FedBizOpps.
Prefer knowledge of IT networking and Wi-Fi communication products.
Prefer Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Customer Service or related field.
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
Two to three years’ sales/sales coordination experience in related products, customer service or related field.
Experience in development and execution of sales lead model.
Demonstrated experience in maintaining a sales data base.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, for internal and external, written and oral.
Ability to deliver genuine customer service through the sales process.
Demonstrated ability to listen effectively to customer, analyze situation, compile resolution plan, and provide follow up and documentation.
Demonstrated ability to be self motivated, decisive and solve problems.
Ability to provide support to achieve or exceed the team’s sales quota consistently.
Capacity to work effectively in tense and stressful situations.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage time effectively, coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to complete tasks with a sense of urgency, and instill this in others.
Must be detail oriented.
Ability to produce accurate and detailed documentation and reports relating to customer information needs and proposed sales related resolutions.
Ability to understand and execute business financial issues, requiring above average finance and math skills. Working understanding and application of discounts, margin and mark ups.
Ability to deal effectively with conflict and get things done through multiple internal departments.
