Sales Support is responsible supporting the Pitsco Education Sales force. This task is accomplished by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
  • Completing quotes, proposals, bids, and customer vendor applications for new and existing accounts
  • Answering incoming phone calls and providing general customer assistance
  • Providing pricing information for consumable and replacement parts
  • Assisting in maintenance and management of shipping schedule for all Pitsco Education curriculum
  • Acting as a liaison between internal manufacturing, operations, and installation teams to coordinate installation schedules
  • Processing and tracking consumable, lab, and lab update orders. This includes collecting all information necessary to successfully complete an order – purchase orders, signed room layouts, installation checklists, and/or other necessary paperwork – and updating the CRM database.
  • Making bill of material changes on phantom orders pending shipment
  • Processing monthly expense reports for direct sales reps and Sales Support personnel
  • Stocking literature supplies and processing, shipping, and tracking literature requests
  • Assisting with the maintenance of various mailing lists in CRM as needed
  • Maintaining sales content for the Sales force via Sales Link
  • Coordinating with Web team for online consumable pricing
  • Working closely with the Sales and Curriculum Support Manager to ensure meeting deadlines and target dates for HOT Goals
  • High school education required; college degree preferred
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Microsoft Office ( Excel proficient is a must.)
  • Microsoft Dynamics proficient
  • General bookkeeping abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Conscientious, detail-oriented worker who is self-motivated
  • Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects
  • Excellent attendance and timeliness
  • Approximately 45 hours/week
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds in a general office environment
