Summary of Responsibilities:
MetLife Investment Management’s Investor Services team seeks an extremely resourceful Sales Support Manager to support the Investor Services team in raising capital and client relationship management for a staff of approximately 5 in Morristown, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for him/her to be creative, create processes, and coordinate logistics for the entire Investor Services team. The candidate will be dependable, responsible and demonstrates a positive work ethic in a professional, time sensitive corporate environment. There will be significant clerical work involving travel arrangements and logistics associated with the team members. There will also be opportunities for increased responsibilities as the team grows.

Principal Responsibilities:
General office management of the Marketing and Investor Relations team

Perform all administrative duties with attention to detail and accuracy.

Coordinate travel plans, hotels, and car service for the entire team. Maintain calendars and schedule meetings.

Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.

Prepare weekly reports.

Meet and greet high-level clients and other visitors. Prepare travel & entertainment reimbursement reports.

Coordinate logistics for marketing materials.

Create and edit presentations and spreadsheets.

Handle/resolve escalated internal and external issues.

Handle critical/confidential issues and information.

Accountable for staff attendance tracking and office supply inventory.

Willing to work as part of a team and support other support staff as needed.

Job Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience required in an administrative and/or an analytical role.

6 months experience Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

6 months experience with or another Customer Relationship Management software.

Experience with InDesign and/or Microsoft Publisher is beneficial.

Self-manages for effective performance – both independently and within a team.

Detail oriented, dependable, discreet, proactive & highly organized.

Communicates effectively.

Ability to build relationships with internal and external constituents.

Must be diplomatic, thorough, customer-service minded, detailed and professional.

Highly motivated, responsible and resourceful.

Ability to interact professionally with colleagues at all levels seniority.

Strong negotiation and problem resolution skills.

Strong grammatical, proof reading and writing skills.

Demonstrated ability to work in a time sensitive environment.

Impeccable communication skills & phone etiquette.

Experience Required
Five to Seven Years

Bachelors Degree Preferred
