Sales Support Program Director

This position will be responsible for the development and execution of cross-organization programs focused primarily on Systems and Operational Enablement as well as Process Development and Improvement Initiatives

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive Operations Improvement programs to successful, on-time, on-budget conclusion – this is a cross-organization responsibility requiring the successful candidate to lead teams from multiple functional areas to a common organizational goal using sound, fundamental Program Management principles
  • Establish stakeholder working teams, build a program plan from WBS to integrated schedule and drive execution
  • Effectively communicate to executive-level leadership in a clear, concise manner - both written and verbal
  • Identify Process Improvement Initiatives; Create New Processes as required and drive implementation
  • Program focus areas include (examples only, not all-inclusive) business systems & process improvement initiatives, operational-readiness programs, and other sales enablement programs

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years experience in Program Management
  • PMP Certification Preferred
  • Must have a passion for the details and the discipline of Program Management
  • Must be comfortable with a high level of responsibility
  • Must be able to provide clear, concise periodic program status communications
  • Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be detail oriented and have a passion for driving issues resolution / closure
  • Must exhibit a “do whatever it takes”, positive attitude
  • Business Systems knowledge required
  • Experience with RFP process highly beneficial
  • Must have the ability to plan and independently execute work with low supervision.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to work well in cross-functional team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to respond effectively to multiple conflicting priorities, manage changing priorities and respond to unexpected changes
  • Must possess excellent time management, communications, interpersonal, verbal, listening, problem solving, troubleshooting, decision-making and organizational skills
  • Budget management, expense tracking
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, technical, IT or equivalent work experience in relevant software products is required
