Boyd Corporation, a global market leader in custom fabricated solutions for the electronics, transportation, medical and industrial markets is seeking a Sales Support Representative for our Fairburn, GA facility. Major functions of the Sales Support Rep role are to coordinate our customers’ needs throughout all facets of the organization and exceed customers’ expectations. This person is responsible for order management, quotation management, preparing sample and prototype orders, and working directly with the customer via phone, email, or customer web portals while meeting company objectives.
The work involves product transitions, new product introduction activities, pricing reporting and analysis, quality systems understanding, order placement/management, and insuring service levels are maintained.
- Associates degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- 4+ years related experience
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making skills
- Must be a self-starter, accountable and innovative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of conscientiousness
- Strong computer skills including MS Outlook, Power Point, Excel
